1Aspects:

Easy Loan Processing.

Loan facility is available only for business purpose.
Flexible loan tenure is up to 5 to 10 years.
No margin amount.
Renewal of Cash Credit loan is necessary every year.

2ROI & Handling Charges:

Rate of Interest will be 15 % per annum.
No Handling Charges.
Processing Fees as per Societies rule.

3Eligibility:

Businessmen.
Self – Employed.
Professionals having regular source of income.
Age Between: 18 to 55 years.

4Documentation & Security:

In case of new customer, applicant & guarantors need to open savings / current account.
Income Proof of Applicant & Guarantors.
Residential Proof of Applicant & Guarantors.
PAN Card of Applicant & Guarantors.
KYC of Applicant & Guarantors.
3 years of ITR.
Property documents.
Employer (salary slip of 3 months) and income verification.
Two Acceptable Guarantors.

5Share Holdings:

Regular membership fees is Rs. 10 & Share amount @ 10% of loan amount.
Guarantors: as per loan amount.
